How Does the Buy-In Process Work?
Contact via the contact form: Please reach out to us via the contact form and we will be in touch with you within 1 business day either via email or whattsapp to exchange details & pictures about your cards you want to sell 
Appraisal: Our experts review your offer and send you a non-binding bid. Depending on the size of your collection, this may take a few days. For large collections and / or high end expensive cards we can also arrange to meet in person to determine a bid.
Confirmation & Payment: If you accept the bid, we arrange quick payment via bank transfer. For large collections, we can also arrange personal pickup.
Shipping: If you choose to ship your cards, we reimburse shipping costs once you accept our offer. Please pack the cards securely (sturdy box, bubble wrap if needed).

How do you determine the value of my cards? We use current market data from Card market and our expertise to provide a fair price.
Can I sell part of my collection? Yes, you can offer both individual cards and complete collections.
What if I don’t agree with the bid? You are under no obligation. You can decline the offer and contact us again anytime.
Which payment methods do you accept? Standard payment is via bank transfer. Other options can be discussed.
Do I have to pay shipping costs? No, we reimburse shipping costs once you accept our offer. For large collections, we can arrange pickup.
Do you buy foreign cards? Yes, provided they are in demand on the market.
How should I package my cards for shipping? Use sleeves and a sturdy box, with bubble wrap if necessary, to prevent damage.
What happens after you receive my cards? We check the condition and quantity, confirm the bid, and pay out within 3 business days
